  1. I really have enjoyed reading your blog and plan to keep reading it. I am currently trying really hard to lose weight and I am starting to establish my healthy diet part. I just graduated from college in may and i’ve lost 20lbs since march, I went from a size 14 to a size 10. I am really motivated to continue losing and lose it efficiently. Thanks for your blog, I am hoping to find a trainer in my area too.
